One of my key responsibilities was establishing the UI/UX pipeline and ways of working for a brand-new team. I built a structured design process focused on collaboration, consistency, and rapid iteration, enabling efficient production without compromising quality.

This included leading ideation sessions with game designers, creating end-to-end Figma flows and wireframes, driving iterative design cycles, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure smooth Unity implementation. Through continuous playtesting and UX validation, I helped deliver intuitive, scalable, and player-focused experiences while laying the foundation for a sustainable UI/UX workflow.

IMPACT

This approach significantly improved communication between disciplines, accelerated production efficiency, reduced iteration bottlenecks, and allowed the team to validate ideas earlier, resulting in more polished features and a stronger overall player experience.
