After the initial release of Farm Heroes Saga by King’s London studio, I joined the project during its live operations phase to help evolve and improve the game’s UI/UX experience.
My role focused on improving usability and consistency, and designing new features that supported ongoing content updates and player retention while respecting the game’s established visual identity.
Working within a fast-paced live environment, I created wireframes, screen flows, and high-fidelity UI, while also implementing assets, animations, and effects directly in-engine. A key part of my contribution was helping strengthen collaboration between the Barcelona and London teams by improving UI/UX workflows, aligning documentation and deliverables, and reducing iteration loops through clearer communication and more efficient production processes.
IMPACT
The work improved UI consistency, streamlined collaboration between studios, and accelerated iteration within the live-ops pipeline, enabling faster feature delivery while maintaining a polished and cohesive player experience.
