Project: Farm Heroes Saga
After the initial release off Farm Heroes Saga by the London studio, I joined the project to help evolve its UI/UX as part of its live operations phase. My role focused on improving the clarity and consistency of existing interfaces while introducing new features to suport ongoing content and player retention.
Evolving a Live Product
Working on a live game meant designing within an already established ecosystem. Rather than reinventing, the challenge was to enhance without disrupting—refining layouts, improving usability, and ensuring that new features felt native to the existing experience.
A strong emphasis was placed on live-ops, where UI needed to be flexible, scalable, and quick to iterate on, supporting frequent updates and events.
Owning the UI Craft
I took ownership of the UI/UX execution across multiple features, translating design needs into clear, production-ready outputs. My work covered both structure and polish, ensuring that each element was functional, intuitive, and visually cohesive.
Define wireframes and screen flows for new and existing features
Build interactive prototypes to validate usability and pacing
Deliver high-fidelity UI aligned with the game’s visual language
Implement UI assets, animations, and effects directly in-engine
Bridging Two Studios
One of the most impactful parts of this role was improving collaboration between the Barcelona and London teams. Differences in workflows and communication created friction, especially in a fast-moving live environment.
I contributed to aligning processes and expectations, helping create a more efficient and predictable UI/UX pipeline across both studios.

Impact
By focusing on both product improvements and team efficiency, I helped create a more maintainable and scalable UI foundation. This enabled faster feature development, smoother collaboration, and a more cohesive player experience over time.
